in Missouri only)
A minimum contribution of $25 (one-year registration) or $50 (two-year registration) to the 麻豆视频下载 License Plate Program Scholarship is required before the state will issue the personalized plates.

This requirement is waived for members of the President鈥檚 Circle Annual Giving Society and The Billiken Club. To receive the required voucher, members should contact the Office of Alumni Engagement at 314-977-2250 or email 麻豆视频下载's Office of Alumni Engagement.
After your donation is processed, the Office of Alumni Engagement will email or mail you an emblem use authorization statement, the official voucher that entitles you to apply for your collegiate plates.
